At Mariner Terminals
51,500 square meters of the aforementioned warehousing are located within Mariner's terminals, thus allowing the following benefits:
- Allows cargo and containers to reach the warehousing facilities via sea, road or rail, with a rail head running alongside the warehouses, facilitating an easy transfer from rail cars to warehouse and vice versa
- Operating within a customs zone, cargo may be stripped from containers and still remain within the customs area
- An in-house general cargo warehouse management system has been developed to optimize the general cargo flow management process in warehouses

Elipse Logistics Facility - Riga International Airport
Mariner Logistics' latest investment is a 31,000 square meter logistics centre located at Riga International Airport, Latvia.
- 27,000 square meters of flexible and modern warehousing with technically advanced features
- Strategically located near Riga International Airport- the largest airport in the Baltic States
- Excellent road connections, with access roads are directly linked to the Baltic highway network, connecting it to Riga city centre, the Port of Riga and national highways Riga-Ventspils and Riga-Liepaja
- Total height of 9.5 metres fitted with racks and shelving
- Equipped with refrigeratin chamnbers, which can maintan temperatures between +2 and +15 degrees celsius
- 4,000 square meters of Grade A offices and conference rooms
